How downloads work
Everything here is a digital download — nothing gets posted, and there's no waiting on a courier. Here's exactly what happens after you pay, and what to do if a link ever lets you down.
The moment payment clears
Your downloads appear on screen straight away, and the same links land in your inbox in the confirmation email. One link per product, with all of that product's files behind it. Start to finish, it's about ninety seconds.
What the files are
PDFs, made for home printers and tablets alike. Bigger bundles arrive with some files zipped to keep the download tidy — unzip them on a computer (or a decent files app on a tablet) and the PDFs are inside. Each product page lists the exact files that ship.
How long links last
Download links stay alive for thirty days after purchase and can be opened five times — that limit is what keeps your files from being passed around, not a way to catch you out. Opening the download page counts as one visit, so grab all your files while you're there. Each file link is issued fresh when you click it, so download soon after opening the page rather than leaving it sitting in a tab.
Link expired or fully used?
No drama, and nothing lost. Contact us through the shop with your order number and we'll send a fresh link — a human reads it, usually the same day. If a link says it isn't recognised, check the link in your confirmation email is complete; they sometimes wrap across two lines.
